QUICK, SIMPLE, & UNIQUE HIJAB TUTORIAL WITH NO PINS
Asalamualaikum!!! In today’s video I will show you how to recreate this quick, simple, and unique hijab style for yourself. The best thing about this hijab tutorial is that it is quick, simple, and does not require any pins. In my humble opinion, I think that the twisted headband going over the crown of the head complements most face shapes, especially if they are round or square. It works like this because the headband elongates the face and creates a more balanced proportion.
You can pretty much use any rectangle scarf to pull off this hijab tutorial, but I personally prefer to use a pashmina. I think that the tassels at the end of the scarf make it easier to pull off the this hijab style and add interest to the overall look.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Drape the scarf over your head, with the shorter side reaching to about chest level.
2. Wrap the longer side of the scarf towards the opposite side. While doing this, make sure to hold the shorter end of the scarf in place.
3. Proceed to wrap the scarf around the head.
4. Next, start twisting the long side of the scarf and place it over the crown of your head like a headband. If the scarf starts to make any funky shapes, adjust your hijab as you go.
5. Continue to twist the scarf and wrap the headband around your head. After that, you can tuck the last bit of your scarf into the headband to secure it in place. You might have to lift the twisted part a little bit to fit the corner of the scarf inside.
