DIY BLANKET SCARF – MUSKA JAHAN
Asalamualaikum everyone! In today’s post I’m going to show you how to make this really easy DIY blanket scarf. Blanket scarves are amazing because they keep you warm and chic at the same time. I love how you can style them in different ways by wrapping them around your shoulders, your neck, and securing with a brooch. I am really loving this fashion trend and I figured I would just make one for myself and share it with you guys.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to your nearest fabric store and purchase 2 YDS (or 1.83 Meters) of a material that is sturdy, thick, flexible, textured, not scratchy, and can easily fit into your wardrobe.
2. Next, lay your fabric on the ground, and with a ruler and pen, draw out a triangle that is 6 FT tall and 4 FT wide (1.83 M tall and 1.22 M wide).
3. Cut along the lines with a pair of scissors and VOILA you have made your very own DIY blanket scarf!
4. You can easily personalize your blanket scarf with fringe, studs, etc. to make it more interesting.
